    Ameliorate 2025 - Staff Enrichment Programme Ameliorat.. to be better- 2025, the annual staff enrichment programme, was held on 15 and 16 May 2025 as a meaningful beginning to the new academic year. Rev. Fr Norbert Menezes SJ, served as the resource person for the two - day programme, guiding the staff through the foundational principles of Jesuit Pedagogy and the Ignatian Pedagogical Paradigm (IPP) including the importance of holistic education, cura personalis (care for the whole person), and teaching with a mission and approach the new academic year with renewed purpose and clarity. The newly recruited staff were welcomed to the SJPUC family by the Director.
