AMELIORATE- Staff Orientation

SJPUC conducted a staff orientation AMELIORATE.... TO BE BETTER on 5th and 6th August 2021. This enrichment programme was structured after soliciting the needs of the staff members through Google forms. The module was created based on the recommendations of the committee and experienced resource persons were handpicked for an output that teachers' could carry to the classrooms. Both the days of the orientation had three sessions each of one and a half an hour duration. The sessions covered a wide range of topics which included Jesuit Pedagogy, General skills and Classroom management. Two days were well spent and each of the faculty highly appreciated the sessions of different speakers as they were able to carry with them a volume of resources and expertise which can be shared along with our students in our endeavour of forming men and women for others.
