TALK ON PARENTING IN A POST-PANDEMIC WORLD

A talk on "Parenting in a post- Pandemic World" was organised by SADHANA, the Counselling Unit of SJPUC in collaboration with the Academic Excellence Committee for the parents of our first-year PUC students on 19th, 20th, 21st & 22nd of September 2022. The resource person, Dr Asha Sidd, psychotherapist, Counsellor, and the founder of Dr Sidd Academy addressed the parents and shared her insights on, the challenges adolescents go through post-pandemic and the ways to provide them a safe space & contribute towards their overall well-being. At the end of the talk, Dr Asha addressed queries from parents pertaining to parenting challenges faced by them. The programme was well appreciated by all.
