Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Course/Program Fees:

Once the fees are paid towards any course or academic program, it will not be refunded under any circumstances, unless specified by the institution’s academic policy.

2. Online Payments (Application/Admission Fees):

Application or admission fees paid through the website are non-refundable, even in the event of withdrawal or cancellation of admission by the student.

3. Duplicate Payment:

In case of any duplicate or excess payment due to technical error or any other reason, the refund will be processed after verification. The request for a refund must be made by submitting a formal application along with payment proof within 7 working days of the transaction.

4. Processing Time:

All eligible refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days after proper verification.

5. Payment Gateway Charges:

Refunds, if any, will be processed after deducting payment gateway/service charges, if applicable.
