    On account of International Yoga Day, a rejuvenating session themed "Yoga for One Earth, One Health" was organized by the Sports Department and Health Club. Students, faculty, and staff came together for a morning focused on wellness. Dr. Upendra T, "Yoga Bhushana" awardee and MD (E&I) Gold Medalist, was the Chief Guest and led the session. Known for his expertise in holistic health, he guided participants through yoga postures, breathing exercises, and mindfulness techniques. He also highlighted the value of daily yoga in managing stress, screen fatigue, and physical inactivity, especially for students. The session was well-received, leaving participants feeling refreshed and more mindful of their health.
