STAFF ORIENTATION PROGRAMME - AMELIORATE 2.0

SJPUC conducted a staff Orientation on the 22th and 23th August 2022 with it's title AMELIORATE 2.0.. 'TO BE BETTER' was structured after soliciting the needs of the staff members along with inputs given by the Director,Principal and Vice principal.Experienced resource persons were chosen to assist the teacher to make their class more impactful. The first day covered a wide range of topics including values such as Cura personalis,Understanding Adolescents- worldview and Mental health and self care for the staff. The second day had topics such as Awareness building,Jesuits and the culture of dialogue and Ignatian pedagogy.
The faculty appreciated the efforts and were pleased to carry with them resources and expertise which can be used in their endeavor of forming men and women for and with the others .
