Empowering Youth to Serve Others
On 20 July 2024, St. Joseph's Pre University College hosted a highly engaging and insightful Leadership Training Programme at St. Joseph's Institute of Management (SJIM). Dr R Vijayakumar, Head of the Department of Commerce at Kristu Jayanti College graced the occasion. His innovative approach to leadership training helped the participants to actively apply new concepts in real-time scenarios. The session included a series of dynamic activities, interactive sessions, and engaging games which fostered a spirit of teamwork, resilience, and strategic thinking among the participants. The event has successfully equipped the students with enhanced leadership skills in their academic and professional journeys.
