Admission Procedure

In the context of the ongoing pandemic, the admission process for the academic year 2020-21 will take place only through the online portal. Hence no candidate will be permitted to enter the College campus for the admission process. We request your kind cooperation.


Applicants must have a pass in Karnataka SSLC examination or any other equivalent examination recognized by the Department of Pre-University Education, Karnataka. For the complete list of guidelines, please visit the website of Department of Pre-University Education, Karnataka

Admission Procedure

The admission process starts soon after the SSLC results. The process is completely online and the details will be displayed on the college website. There is no offline admission. There is no facility for registration beforehand or agents to procure admission. You can download the admission guide from the college website and follow the instructions.

Before you start the admission process, please make sure that you possess the SCANNED COPIES of the following:

  • Recent passport size photograph in formal dress.
  • Provisional copy of Class 10 Marks card.
  • Caste /category certificate, if applicable.
  • For Catholic/Christian students, a letter from the parish priest/ pastor.
  • Sports certificate/ learning disability certificate/ physically challenged certificate, if applicable.

All the documents must be self attested by the candidate.

All the above-mentioned documents (whichever applicable) have to be uploaded in the online application form. Kindly ensure that the size of each scanned document does not exceed 100 KB.

The candidates must also possess a valid mobile number and email id for the process of registration and further admission process.

Selection Procedure

The selection of the candidates is based on their aggregate marks scored in the qualifying examination. The list of provisionally selected candidates will be made available on the college website on specified dates as per PU Board directives.

The provisionally selected candidates will receive the notification with the payment link on the registered email id and mobile number for online payment of the fees. All the provisionally selected candidates will have to compulsorily attend an online interview on a specified date (which will be notified after the announcement of the selection list).

lf the candidate fails to attend the interview on the specified date; the seat will be allotted to the next candidate in line.

Caste/Category/Community Certificate

The candidates who want to apply under a particular category/caste must possess the required valid certificate. If the required certificate is not submitted at the time of submission of online application form, the applicant is treated under general merit category.

The Castes /Categories are

General Merit (GM), Christian (RC), Christian (Other CHR), Cat-1, SC, ST, OBC-2A, OBC-2B, OBC-3A, OBC-3B, Others

Please note that we do not take donations for any admissions. We do not have any agents through whom you can procure admission. You are strongly advised not to give any money to anyone who promises you an admission at our college. You will be doing so at your own risk.

The management does not entertain recommendations of any sort.

Successful submission of online application form does not ensure admission.

Fee details

The provisionally selected candidates will receive the fee structure for the course selected along with the online payment link on their registered email id and mobile number. There is no change in the fee structure. The fee structure is the same as that of the last academic year. Fees once paid will not be returned.

The college does not collect any donation. If anybody from within or outside asks for donation in any form for admission, you are requested to bring it to the notice of the Principal /Rector of the College immediately. The case will be handed over to the police.
